FIT Program

FIT Group Fitness

Our FIT program is a combination of High Intensity Interval Training and Active Rest Training to get your body to burn more fat and calories than traditional workouts. Every group training session is led by an experienced and certified trainer and is designed to be fun, high energy and challenging while burning maximum fat and toning your muscles. Our FIT training is broken down into 3 different types of classes. Join in on one or all of them to get a different workout each time.

FIT Body

This is a total body workout that incorporates your own body weight to push yourself to limits you never thought you could reach. Fit Body is high energy, fun and challenging. Our trainers can modify every workout so that you achieve your goals.

FIT Burn

Jump, squat and sprint challenging your body in new ways, with increased intensity.  These more strenuous exercises will push you harder, increasing the effectiveness of your workout.

FIT Fuzion

Full body boxing workout that will change your body, clear your mind and engage your spirit. Strengthen your arms, legs, back, core, stamina and confidence.
