Group Fitness Classes

Group exercise classes are more than the loud music, fast movements and shouts of encouragement that are seen and heard in a fitness room. These one-hour blocks of time offer social opportunities, health benefits and team support. From bootcamp and step aerobics to SilverSneakers© and indoor cycling, your fitness instructor will challenge and improve your body.

FIT Group Fitness

Our FIT program is a combination of High Intensity Interval Training and Active Rest Training to get your body to burn more fat and calories than traditional workouts. Every group training session is led by an experienced and certified trainer and is designed to be fun, high energy and challenging while burning maximum fat and toning your muscles. Our FIT training is broken down into 3 different types of classes. Join in on one or all of them to get a different workout each time.

FIT Body

This is a total body workout that incorporates your own body weight to push yourself to limits you never thought you could reach. Fit Body is high energy, fun and challenging. Our trainers can modify every workout so that you achieve your goals.

FIT Burn

Jump, squat and sprint challenging your body in new ways, with increased intensity.  These more strenuous exercises will push you harder, increasing the effectiveness of your workout.

FIT Fuzion

Full body boxing workout that will change your body, clear your mind and engage your spirit. Strengthen your arms, legs, back, core, stamina and confidence.

This is a high energy 30-45 minute indoor cycling class led by a motivating instructor. Spin is challenging, fun, and one of the best ways to improve cardiovascular fitness while burning lots of calories. Because Spinning© is low impact it is suitable for most people!

 

SCULPT & TRIM

9:00 AM – MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY

In this 60-minute high energy group class, you will use a mix of heavy weights, body weight, and full range movements that will strengthen and sculpt your entire body. Our moves will tone the rest!

 

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Functional Fitness exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might perform at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability.

10:15 AM – MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY

SilverSneakers Classic focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercise or standing support.

 

EXTREME FIT

4:30 PM – MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY

Rigorous boot camp circuits combining plyometrics, agility, strength, and cardio exercises. This class will strengthen the deep abdominal muscles and support proper posture and alignment. After taking this class you’ll have increased strength and enhanced muscular development and coordination.

 

LINE DANCING

6:00 PM – MONDAY, WEDNESDAY

This popular class will keep you moving with fun dance steps performed to a variety of music. Line dancing is both fun and great exercise!

 

BEGINNER YOGA

6:30 PM – TUESDAY

This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Class is slower paced and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes; you just have to be willing to try.

3:30 PM – MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY

Includes a 45-minute total body workout. The workouts will burn fat, build lean muscle, and improve strength while increasing your endurance. We will be using dumbbells and most exercises will be body weight movements. It's a combination of strength training and cardio.

 

SMARTMOVES*

10:00 AM – MONDAY, WEDNESDAY

1:00 PM – TUESDAY, THURSDAY

SmartMoves is a functional mobility program that is fun, low impact on your joints and low intensity. This program comes with two assessments and tracks your overall progress. During each 55-minute session your SmartMoves instructor will ensure that you maintain the intensity needed to increase your energy levels, while maintaining correct form to maximize the effects. Your highly trained SmartMoves Instructor will be with you every step of the way coaching and motivating you to new levels of health and function.
