Bio:
“Teaching class has become a passion and a hobby of mine because it is so rewarding and fun. Nothing makes my heart smile as big as when someone says they like my class and have fun participating.” Gretchen taught at Gilmore Elementary School in Jackson for 31 years before retiring in 2004. After retiring, Gretchen joined the HealthActions team and has been a staple in the gym ever since. In the past, she has worked at the front desk, taught water aerobics, and instructed Basic Moves. Gretchen cu rrently instructs Sculpt & Trim and Silver Sneakers.
