Sherry has been a part-time fitness instructor at HealthActions for over 30+ years. Living in Hawaii during her adolescent years, she developed a love for the beach and is committed to a healthy lifestyle. After her recent retirement from Power South Energy Corp. in Leroy, AL, Sherry began teaching additional classes at HealthActions. Sherry's classes have strengthened her passion for fitness and allowed her to share it with others. In her own words, "Teaching is not a job for me; it's a fun way to get a workout in and interact with a fun group of people. I love my students and the positive energy they bring to class."
