I could not lift my arm over ahead, nor behind my back. I would recommend other to Health Actions, the staff has been professional and kind. They were all patient through my recovery. I had therapy once before but it was not like Health Actions. Thank you all "

I am 80% better with my shoulder, I can do a lot more with my shoulder than I was able to do before due to me being consistent coming to therapy.     "After having a stroke, I was sent to Health Actions for physical therapy to get stronger and improve my overall condition. They've worked on getting my balance better, getting my body stronger, and getting my body moving better. I'm able to walk for longer and climb up stairs which I couldn't do before therapy. I highly recommend coming to Health Actions because I've seen improvement every day since I've started. I'll keep doing the exercises they've given me over the course of my treatment to make sure I keep getting better."

I go 3 days a week but if it were up to me I would go everyday just don't go on a Friday afternoon because they close at 1:30 and I felt rushed. I get an hour each visit but this Friday I only got 30 minutes and just wasn't happy about that."

    "At the end of July, Due to ablation, Surgeon hit the femoral artery and sent me home!!!! 3 days later I was coded and brought back to life! I spent 3 and 1/2 weeks in the hospital// 10 days in ICU. After 3 + weeks at home, it was a must to go to Health Actions, the ONLY THERAPY at this facility I believe In!!! I could barely breathe, I couldn't walk 3 minutes without 2 breaks...!!! This Expert Team has brought me back to strength, courange, and stamina as I had previously seen through my dear friend Debbie when I got crushed by an 18 wheeler!!!! Jonathan Hardy and Kelsey have pushed me so hard! I am beyond thankful and totally blessed beyond measures for these 2!!!! May I add that Austin , in Training, Was and will be an expert in this field of Career!! Since I been coming to Physical therapy my driving and sleeping has improved a lot ,the stiffness and pain is not so bad and less headaches has improved tremendously. Since I been coming to therapy I couldn't ask for a better PT nor tech because they have helped me.     "First I didn’t want to attend therapy. Once I started coming I realized it was very beneficial for me to come because a lot of things helped me with my right knee. Being at a therapy everyone taught me how to do a lot of things. Now that I know how to do the machines in the gym I am very motivated to start back working out in the gym. I use to do a lot of walking but now I can do more than walking I can actually work out in the gym to continue to strengthen my knee."

I didn’t understand how something so simple would make a difference but boy do I now. My knee feels better than it has in years and I understand why it felt the way it did now.     "I absolutely love this place! From evaluation to now I’ve been consistently progressing more and more each appointment. Very friendly and home like environment where all the physical therapist know you by name and you know them by name. They make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of. If you’re like me they have no problem walking you through your exercises multiple times If you can’t quite remember how to do them. After you get done with your exercises they offer tens therapy with either ice or heat to help relax your tired muscles. Trust me you will love this place and I’m actually sad one day I’ll graduate from it. 🥲 Thank you all my peeps at health actions for helping me after knee surgery!"

    "I recently completed a series of treatments at Health Actions in Troy to address problems with lower back pain. Dr. Samanth Palmer and her staff treated me with respect and courtesy. Following an initial evaluation, I received hands-on treatments and guided exercises to do, both on-site and at home, to strengthen my lower back and help with range of motion in my hamstring area. After about 14 visits my situation was noticeably improved, and I now have a program to continue at home to keep my back strong and mostly pain free. The treatment at this facility is science-based offering patients a real opportunity and knowledge to improve their physical condition. Additionally, the front office staff handled correspondence with my primary care physician as well as insurance companies with little involvement required on my part. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing post-surgery rehab or help with chronic muscle-skeleton pain."

They live by their slogan “Helping People Feel Better, Move Better, Live Better” they genuinely want you to feel better, move better, and live better. You may see one therapist; however, you will find the whole staff cares about you and encourages you. They will not treat you as just another person, they treat you as a member of the family. If I ever need physical therapy again Health Actions will be my go-to place!"
