Will believes that it’s never too late to make a positive change and is living proof of that belief. Becoming a PTA at 41, Will made drastic changes to his own life for the better in order to change the lives of others for the better. His philosophy is that postural awareness is the key to almost any recovery or physical improvement.
“Utilizing proper body mechanics improves movement, and improper mechanics is a recipe for injury. Knowing the difference between the two can make all the difference in our lives”. He strives to teach and work towards education in this area to his patients to ensure not only recovery from injury but lifelong changes that improve quality of life.
Will enjoys an active life, going on regular outdoor adventures with his son, playing music with his band, exercising, and martial arts training. “Activity is the key to a higher quality life both physically and mentally. So, let’s grab life by the throat and then live it to pieces.”
